| Tiffen is a Long Island manufacturer and distributor of branded photographic accessories. We acquired it out of bankruptcy in August 2003 and believed that the company, relieved of its excessive leverage, would be able to grow sales and margins based upon the strength of its well-recognized brands. Since our acquisition, Tiffen has once again become a very profitable company, and is growing impressively under the leadership of its CEO, Steve Tiffen. |
