Ojas joined Topspin LBO in July 2009. Prior to joining Topspin LBO, Ojas was an Associate at Merrill Lynch & Co. where he assisted in the reorganization of a portfolio of principal credit and equity investments through asset sales, refinancing assistance and restructurings. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Ojas worked at Key Principal Partners (KPP), a middle market private equity firm with approximately $1 billion under management. At KPP, Ojas focused on mezzanine and equity investments to fund growth, buyout and refinancing of manufacturing, distribution and service-oriented companies. Ojas began his career with Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup) in the investment banking division.

Ojas received his B.A. in Economics and Philosophy with distinction from the University of Michigan, and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
